BASIC WATER BATH CANNING
Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
In this class Nancy and Gary Leahy (certified health coaches) will teach you the fundamentals of canning peaches and pears. They will cover food safety and the basics of the Boiling-Water Method of processing, also know as hot water bath. Each participant will be involved in the process, so bring your aprons! You will go home with a pint of peaches along with detailed handouts. All materials included. Class size limited to seven.
