hands-on class, where Barb Burwell will share the basics of pickling and explain different techniques and what’s needed to get you started. You will learn different processes for pickling like vinegar vs. salt brine, refrigerator vs. canning, and what types of veggies and fruits to pickle.   Make a small jar of quick pickles to take home.  Some samples of different pickles treats will be available to nibble on too!
