Pressure Canning (Green Beans)
Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Does the thought of using a pressure canner make you nervous? Let us help you move past your fear. Gary and Nancy Leahy (certified health coaches) will lead you through the basics of pressure canning and food safety and you’ll learn how fun and rewarding it can be. This is “hands on ” class so bring your apron. Each participant will go home with a pint of green beans. All materials included. Class size limited to seven.
