Take the mystery out of your meat by learning to make your own sausage. After this 2 hour class, you will have hands-on experience in grinding, flavoring, stuffing, and cooking fresh sausage. You’ll also learn about the lore and history of this ancient meat preparation.
We will eat a portion of the meat we make with a light salad, hearty bread, and some good wine. You’ll leave the class with a bag of sausage made in class.
