Join us for this class on regional Italian food! Learn how to make a mozzarella and burrata cheese from scratch. We will make Arancini (lightly fried risotto croquettes stuffed with tomato, basil and mozzarella) and finish with limoncello, a lemon digestive prepared in class. This is a hands on class– brush up on your Italian!
*Learn Italian recipes in Italian (translation available)* Work side by side with other students to prepare each dish* Students take home a bottle of limoncello* Sicilian wines will be poured as part of the class* Local olive oil tasting presented with the mozzarella course*
