Chef Wes Kasubuchi started sushi fourteen years ago in San Diego and worked his way up the West Coast making his home in Portland. Now the co-owner of Zenbu, Wes shares his skill and passion for cooking with friends and neighbors. Spend an evening eating sushi, tasting sake, meeting new people and then you can take home the sushi you make!
