Enjoy cocktail hour at home with delicious, sophisticated vodka infusions. Join local cocktail maven Marianne Colgrove as she teaches you how to transform ordinary vodka into an extraordinary cocktail mixer with herbs, spices, fresh fruits and veggies. All materials are provided. Students will go home with a pint of infused vodka of their choice, handouts with cocktail recipes, and myriad ideas to create new and daring infusions of their own.

Learn the skill of rolling sushi. Join Wes Kasubuchi of Zenbu for an evening of sushi rolling and sake tasting. Chef Wes Kasubuchi started sushi fourteen years ago in San Diego and worked his way up the West Coast making his home in Portland. Now the co-owner of Zenbu, Wes shares his skill and passion for cooking with friends and neighbors. Spend an evening eating sushi, tasting sake, meeting new people and then you can take home the sushi you make!
