Canning Tomatoes 101

Join Gary and Nancy Leahy (certified health and nutrition counselors) in learning how to can your own tomatoes using the boiling water method (water bath). This course is “hands on” so bring your apron. Everyone will take home a pint of canned tomatoes. All materials are included, class size limited to seven.
