DAIRY FREE MILKS
Learn the pros and cons of including dairy in your diet. Your instructors Gary and Nancy Leahy, Certified Health Coaches, trained through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, will also be teaching you how to make your own almond, coconut, and rice milks. Each participant will take home a pint of nut milk, along with handouts and recipes. All materials included. Class size limited to eight.
