Food Dehydrating Basics
Time: 2:00pm - 3:30pm
Come delve into the the particulars of drying all types of foods, including herbs, fruits, vegetables and meats!
We will look at and discuss Weston Dehydrator units, and participants will leave with great information and ideas, as well as a packet or two of dried herbs/spices they can have fun with at home.
Class is taught by Eric Tworivers, Certified Master Food Preserver (USDA/WSU), and Ball Brands Master Canner.
