Scared of that Pressure Canner?  Some people are. Let Gary and Nancy Leahy help alleviate your fears by walking you through the step by step process of using a pressure canner. We will be canning chicken stock and you will be able to also sample canned vegetable soup as well as the chicken stock. Recipes and materials will be provided.
